7 Points You Need To Remember To Counter Terrorism

9/11 World Trade Center Attack, 26/11 Mumbai Attack, 16/12 Peshawar Attack, 13/11 Paris Attack, 17/11 Yola Attack, 18/11 Kano Attack, 21/11 Cameroon Attack, this list goes on and on. Terrorism, surely the most threatening term of the modern times, is the biggest challenge the world is facing today. We keep ourselves well updated about the attacks happening in the countries and death tolls, mourn a bit,criticize the government and the countries for not being able to counter ISIS, AlQayda and other terrorist organizations,and then eventually forgo that something ever happened as soon as we switch the channel.This burning topic is creating sensations on the social media too, and many opinions are finding their ways out. People are talking wisely over the topics like "Unity against Terrorism. But,one more sect, that seems to be talking nonsensically, too, is flooding the social media with their "Anti Islamic"controversies and comparing a religion with a curse like terrorism. While we need to put a stop to this mentality, we also need to take a quick recap of those moral value classes that we all studied in our primary schools. Though we can't play a role on front, we can still take several step on our basic level, to put a stop to this curse that might doom the world some day.

1)Terrorists Have No Religion.
There are roughly 4,500 religions in this world, and unsurprisingly no religion preaches its
followers to kill people, i.e. each and every religion demands peace in the world. Though we all
know this, some people still happen to start accusing "Islam" and "Muslims" for giving birth to
terrorism and nurturing it. But, do you know that the word Islam itself means purity and peace,
whereas the term Musalman finds its meaning as a faithful person who abides by his religion
(Musallam+Iman). This
in itself defines that a Terrorist can't be called a Muslim, as he doesn't abide by his religion Islam,
which means peace. And not only Islam, terrorists can never be justified as the followers of any
religion. So, I guess, next time somebody says anything as such, you'll be ready with your logic to
put a big fullstop to his comments on any religion.

2) 22+XX/XY Genome.
Before talking of religions of the world and its followers, always have this one point at the back of your mind, "God never created us a Christian, Hindu or Muslim. Instead, he sent us on this earth with 22+XX/XXY Genome",i.e. He made us all humans and our real religion is humanity. So, next time when somebody makes a racial comment on terrorism, don't forget to shut him up with those lines of Sahir Ludhianvi
"Malik ne har insan ko insan banaya, humne usey Hindu ya Musalman banaya !"

3)They are the facing it more than YOU.
Do you know that Muslim community is the biggest victim of terrorism? Most of the countries that
suffer terrorist attacks are the Islamic States? With this, they also have to digest the stupid
comments that comes their way, that too when they're as innocent as you're. So, next time I hope
you'll slam a nincompoop for bullying humanity.

4)Bombing Countries to shun off Terrorism.
Mahatma Gandhi said, "An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind". That's what the superpowers are doing today, isn't it? ISIS attacked Paris and killed some 150 people, and in
vengeance, Russia bombed Syria, to destroy ISIS den. Many ISIS members were killed, but sadly
many innocents too have to give up on their lives. Isn't killing a four year old in the name of ISIS, a crime too? There are many ways out, but this one can't be justified in any case. I guess, you too don't want to see more Alan Kurdis (the kid who died while escaping from Syria with his family) dying an untimely death.

5)Exemplary Turkey.
We all know that Turkey is a Eurasian country with Muslim citizens living in majority. But do you know, Turkey is the first Muslim-Dominated country to raise its voice against ISIS? Secularism and feminism is on a go in Turkey. Don't you think all the countries need to take a lesson from this ?

6)Stop terrorists from budding.
A very major challenge that the world is facing today is, how to stop the rapid growth of terrorists. Terrorist groups primarily target those youngsters, who have seen violent environments throughout their lives, and brainwash them telling how cruel the world is. A very good way to put a complete full stop on terrorists from budding is, by maintaining a democratic and a peaceful environment. This actually won't let those youngsters believe in the idea of hatred, keeping them from stepping towards this way. Simple no? Then do it. :) Pyar Baant te Chalo :)

7) United We Stand, Divided We Fall.
Have you ever thought, why aren't we able to conquer terrorism and eradicate it from its root, despite of being million times larger than them in number? The reason is, they're less , but united and we're more, but divided. And to see a peaceful world, we, the dwellers of earth, will have to stand together, hand in hand. Remember, "United We Stand, Divided We Fall"!
